Hailed as the ‘Millennium Mining Capital, Magical Baoshun,’ the Hunan Baoshun National Mine Park is situated in Guiyang County, Chenzhou City. It draws upon a 3000-year-old mining and metallurgical historical and cultural heritage, successfully creating a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and being listed as one of the ‘Top 100 Red Tourism Routes.’ The park, themed around the exploration of mineral sources and the protection of mining and metallurgical relics, preserves history.

The construction content of the project includes: one park, two camps, and three areas. That is, the Industrial and Tourism Industry Cultural Park, the San Guo Zilong Troop Camp, the Science Popularization Practice Study Camp, the Millennium Mining and Metallurgy Exploration Area, the Modern Technology Visit Area, and the Wealth Code Check-in Area.
The total investment is 470 million yuan, with 220 million yuan already invested. It is a national mine park, a science popularization education base in Hunan Province, an environmental education base at the provincial and city levels, a study practice education base, a new era civilization practice base, and a Chenzhou urban group integrity education base.
The park contains a large number of mining sites, precious historical relics, and various mineral rock specimens. The vast open-pit mining fields and weathered rocks narrate the modern version of ‘Yugong Moves the Mountains’ spirit of model craftsmen. Opening Hours: The park is open all year round from 08:30 to 17:30. Preferential Policies: Children under 6 years old (excluding) or with a height of 1.3 meters (including) can enter for free with valid identification (accompanied by an adult with a full-price ticket at a 1:1 ratio); minors aged 6 years old (including) to 18 years old (excluding) with a height over 1.3 meters (excluding) enjoy half-price tickets. Elderly people aged 65 years old (including) and above can enter for free with valid identification (after signing a safety waiver, accompanied by an adult with a full-price ticket at a 1:1 ratio); those aged 60 years old (including) to 65 years old (excluding) enjoy half-price tickets. People with disabilities, as well as active and retired military personnel, can enter for free with valid identification. Full-time university undergraduate and equivalent students enjoy half-price tickets with valid identification. Additional Information: The transportation service within the scenic area does not offer preferential policies to the above ticket discount recipients. Children under 1.2 meters who do not occupy a seat are exempt from tickets; if there are legal regulations on ticket price preferential policies, those regulations prevail.
