Wuyuan Garden is located at No. 879 Hecheng Road, Gangbei District, Guigang City, Guangxi, covering an area of 53 acres and is currently the only garden in Guangxi with distinctive Suzhou garden art characteristics. The garden was planned and designed in 2009, started construction in 2012, and was completed and opened to the public in 2024, taking 15 years to build. Wuyuan Garden is exquisitely constructed, compactly laid out, serenely natural, and elegantly beautiful. Pavilions, towers, rockeries, ponds, flowers, trees, clay sculptures, and brick carvings — every angle presents a dynamic landscape painting of a garden and mountains.
Inside the garden, Lingbi boulders rise into the sky, rockeries form a maze of paths, precious camphor wood witnesses the vicissitudes of ten thousand years, ancient fossils are well-preserved, and a rich display of calligraphy and painting masterpieces are exhibited. Notably, Wuyuan Garden showcases a strong traditional cultural heritage. Huaiju Hall symbolizes integrity and filial piety; Chenguan Pavilion embodies the essence of ancient wisdom; Zhide Hall venerates the virtuous and the moral; Yanling Hall carries the ancient charm of Wu; Xie Xiu Tower captures the essence of time; Stele Corridor displays classic masterpieces; and plaques and couplets exude an ancient charm.
