Upon entering through the main gate, one is greeted by a two-story brick and wood Western-style house with a basement, facing east and positioned to the west. The exterior walls are made of red brick with clear water finish, and the corners are embedded with granite and granite stone footings. The building features arched and circular windows, and the porch has stone steps.
The interior of the first floor is now used as an exhibition hall for the former Workers’ Representatives’ Meeting, preserving its original appearance and reinforced with steel plates at the top. There are cement and wooden handrail stairs on both sides leading to the second floor, which is adorned with granite railings. The gable at the top of the building is decorated with reliefs of flowers. Operational hours are as follows: From January 1st to June 30th, open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30; closed on Mondays. From July 1st to July 7th, open from 09:00 to 17:30. From July 8th to December 31st, open Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30; closed on Mondays. On July 13th, open from 09:00 to 21:00 on Saturday.
