Lingling International Circus City is located on Xingjin Road in Jimei New Town, covering an area of 350 acres with a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan. It is a large-scale tourist resort integrating international circus performances, animal displays and interactions, and a family-themed circus hotel, offering a one-stop destination for tourism, leisure, and cultural education. It is mainly composed of six major parts: Lingling International Circus Grand Theater, Lingling Animal Kingdom, Lingling Hotel, Lingling Youth · Taiwan Entrepreneurship Park, Study Travel Camp Center, and Parent-Child Education Industry Park.

Lingling Animal Kingdom is an interactive animal park that combines animal displays, interactions, close-up experiences, and animal behavior displays, with 26 exhibition halls. It is home to the Chinese national treasure giant panda, the Australian national treasure kangaroo, the Indian national treasure white tiger, the German national treasure brown bear, the Algerian national treasure fennec fox, the Mauritian national treasure elephant tortoise, the Dominican national treasure macaw, the Peruvian national treasure llama.
