Located within the picturesque Wanlvhu Guishan Tourist Area, Guishan Grand Canyon Rafting opened to the public in 2010 with a brand-new experience. The tourist area is approximately 18 kilometers from the city center and enjoys a spring-like climate year-round. It boasts unique rafting resources and is an ecologically pristine canyon adventure rafting destination without ultraviolet radiation. The rafting course is divided into four sections: ‘Elephant Trunk Mountain’, ‘Lovers’ Pool’, ‘Galloping Horses’, and ‘Mist and Flowers’, spanning about 4 kilometers with a total rafting time of approximately 60 minutes and a drop of over 80 meters. Along the riverbanks, the vast forests not only provide crisp and sweet spring water but also generate a significant amount of negative oxygen ions. As the cool breeze blows, it brings a refreshing sensation to both body and mind. Navigating through the canyons of the pristine forest, with the greenery passing by on both sides, braving the waves, and the laughter and joy intermingled with your exhilarated screams, this is an experience not to be missed. The operating hours for Guishan Grand Canyon are from April 16th to October 31st, open from 11:00 to 12:00 AM and 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Rafting starts at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM; and from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Preferential policies for children: Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) enter for free; those between 1.2 meters (exclusive) and 1.5 meters (exclusive) receive discounted tickets. Elderly: Individuals aged 70 and above (inclusive) enter for free; those under 70 receive discounted tickets. Disabled: With relevant documents, entrance to the scenic area is free.
