Xianghui Temple, a temple that embodies the representative cultural symbol of Dongguan known as ‘Guangxiang’, features its main structures aligned along an east-west axis. The buildings are arranged in the following order from front to back: the Mountain Gate (Hall of the Heavenly Kings), the Mahavira Hall, and the Scripture Repository. Constructed against the mountainside, the temple’s architecture is elegantly staggered, creating a visually pleasing layout.
