Gaobang Mountain is located in Honghua Lake and West Lake Scenic Area in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is jokingly called Baiyun Mountain in Huizhou. It is the green lung of Huizhou’s urban area in Huicheng District and also the location of ‘Spring Rain on Gaobang Ridge’, one of the eighteen scenic spots of Huizhou West Lake. Here, the vegetation is dense and mainly consists of local native tree species, belonging to ecological landscape forest. Gaobang Mountain backs on the mountain and faces the lake. Looking into the distance, Luoshan Mountain and Xiao’e Lake can be seen.
