The themed cultural exhibition hall of Deng Chengxiu’s former residence and Deng Zhongyuan’s former residence vividly presents the main life events of Deng Chengxiu, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty known as the ‘iron-faced censor’. Adjacent to Huyuan by just one wall is Deng Zhongyuan’s former residence. In 2015, it was listed as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit. The hall relatively completely showcases the short but glorious life of Deng Zhongyuan, a remarkable hero of the 1911 Revolution.
Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year, from 09:00 to 17:00; closed all day on Monday throughout the year.
