The mansion is located at No. 57, Bagu Road (current numbering). It was built in 1876 and was the residence of the manager of HSBC Bank at that time.
This mansion is built on a cliff facing the sea in the northeast of Bijia Mountain. The foundation piles of the villa are embedded in the rock. Standing on the edge of the sea-facing cliff, enjoying the sea breeze, it has an extraordinary momentum.
