Huinv Bay is located in the east sea of Jingfeng Town, Hui’an County, Quanzhou, Fujian. It starts from Dunzhong Village in Jingfeng and ends at the seaside in front of Hujie Village, with a total coastline of 3.5 kilometers.
Huinv Bay is adjacent to Dongzhou Whale in the east, the sea in front of Luoshan in Xiaozuo in the west, and the East China Sea in the front. Behind it is a lush casuarina forest. In the distance, one can see the large windmills in Xiaozuo.
