The Wudao Vinegar Cultural Experience Center is a comprehensive cultural experience center integrating cultural display and process visits. It offers a deep understanding of the vinegar brewing process, including five distinct crafts: steaming, mixing with koji, red wine preparation, acetic acid fermentation, and vinegar nurturing. These crafts result in a finished vinegar with unique characteristics of being sour yet slightly sweet, mellow, and refreshing.
