Dinghai Bay is located in Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City. It is known as the “Northern Throat of Minjiang River”. In the waters around Baijiao Reef, many ancient sunken ships from the Southern Song Dynasty and numerous underwater cultural relics have been discovered. Cultural relics from the Tang and Song dynasties, Yuan pottery, copper coins, ironware, stone ingots, stone water troughs, and ancient ship planks have been unearthed successively. There are also many scenic spots such as the Wind in Tiger Cave, the Autumn Wind in Yanta Pagoda, the Steep Twin Peaks, and the Morning Sun on Yunfeng Peak, making it suitable for travel and relaxation. The opening hours are all day, throughout the year.
