Shayuan No.1 Cultural and Creative Park is located at No. 1 Shaoyuan, Baimaqiao North Road, Fuzhou, by the banks of the Baimaqiao River, covering an area of approximately 20 acres with a construction area of about 14,000 square meters.
The park primarily utilizes the existing factory buildings of Fuzhou’s first furniture factory for renovation and restoration, introducing various industries such as fashion design, sculpture, painting, film and television, music production, fashion design, cultural media creativity, and consulting planning.
