It is one of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. Jibi Lane is commonly known as “Jibi Alley” (literally “Hurry to Avoid Alley”). When Zheng Xingzhi from the Song Dynasty returned to his hometown in glory after becoming the Number One Scholar, those who had bullied him when he was down felt guilty and hurriedly avoided him. Thus, it was named “Hurry to Avoid Alley”. In the Ming Dynasty, the name of the alley was changed to “Jibi Lane” based on a homophonic word, taking the meaning of good luck and peace in the neighborhood. Dong Ziliang, a professor at Fujian Law and Politics School, also lived here. Open time: Open 24 hours a day throughout the year
