Gulou Tianhou Palace is located in Gulou District, Fuzhou. When people enter Langguan Alley paved with bluestone slabs, the red palace gate in the alley can be seen from afar. The former residence of Yan Fu, a well-known historical figure in Langguan Alley, is diagonally opposite the Tianhou Palace. This Tianhou Palace is one of the few Tianhou Palaces remaining in the old city of Fuzhou. The current building was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty and has been preserved to this day. It is integrated with the adjacent Suian Guild Hall and is an affiliated building of the Qing Dynasty Suian Guild Hall. It enshrines Mazu, the Queen of Heaven. It was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty and covers an area of approximately 1,470 square meters.
