Shenyang Wanquan Amusement Park is located at No. 1 Wanquan Street, Dadong District, Shenyang (inside Xiaoheyan Zoo). It is currently the largest outdoor amusement park in Shenyang. Originally established in 1906, it is the earliest garden in Shenyang, formerly known as “Xiaoheyan”, and holds a long history as a municipal garden of Shenyang. After liberation, it was renamed “Wanquan Park”, and in May 1979, it was again renamed “Shenyang Zoo”.
Before the zoo was relocated, it served as a joyful place for children in Shenyang. Under the premise of preserving the existing greenery and public leisure functions, the construction of a large amusement park will surely revive the former prosperity of the Xiaoheyan Temple Fair and add a high-level leisure and entertainment venue for Shenyang citizens. Wanquan Amusement Park opened in 2012, featuring a wide array of rides, including the Extreme Windmill, Rapid Rafting, Wild Scream, Bumper Cars, Double-Decker Carousel, Racing Cars, Swinging Chair, Space Shuttle, Space Walk, Shark Island, Antique-Style Train, Disco Plate, Bungee Trampoline, Forest Hunting, Crazy Mouse, Carp Jumping over the Dragon Gate, Paddle Boats, Self-Controlled Aircraft, and Children’s Roller Coaster. In 2014, a new “3-Loop Adult Roller Coaster” was added, offering thrilling excitement. Additionally, a new attraction, the 88-meter “Northeast’s Tallest Ferris Wheel”, has made its dazzling debut. Opening hours: Open year-round from 08:00 to 20:30.
