Shenyang Olympic Sports Center, abbreviated as “Shenyang Olympic Sports Center”, is a sports center located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
The project features a layout of one stadium and three halls. The “one stadium” refers to the main stadium — Wulihe Stadium; the “three halls” comprise the comprehensive gymnasium, swimming hall, and tennis hall.
Among them, the main stadium is the top priority in the construction of the Olympic Sports Center, as it must inherit the glory of the old Wulihe Stadium. The stadium has a building area of 140,000 square meters, accounting for more than half of the total building area of the Olympic Sports Center. Upon completion, it can guarantee that 60,000 spectators can watch competitions simultaneously in the stadium.
