The Former Japanese-Manchurian Air Force Building Site is located at No. 108 Zhongshan Road, Zhongshan Square, Heping District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is currently used by China Merchants Bank and other institutions.
On July 17, 1996, it was announced by the Shenyang Municipal People’s Government and established by the Shenyang Cultural Relics Management Office as a Shenyang Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
In 2007, it was further elevated to a Liaoning Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
