Anshan Zoo has partnered with the professional team of the Shenyang Qipanshan ice and snow project to set up four major zones within a 138,000-square-meter site: the ice game area, the snow entertainment area, the magic carpet snow tubing area, and the comprehensive entertainment area.
Among them, the magic carpet snow tubing project is located at the parking lot of the zoo’s north gate. The snow slide is 80 meters long, allowing visitors to fully experience speed and passion; the electric magic carpet makes the experience more time-saving and effortless for visitors.
The comprehensive entertainment area includes thrilling snow tubing, the snow spinner that is popular in Eastern European ice and snow countries, as well as a variety of ice and snow entertainment projects such as banana boats, sleds, snow racing cars, snow zorb balls, and snow go-karts.
In the 2,000-square-meter ice game area, entertainment projects such as ice bumper cars, ice bicycles, and skating aids are available.
In the snow DIY entertainment area, visitors can freely build snowmen and have snowball fights, and can also make snow sculptures together with snow sculptors. Parents and children can jointly participate in fun ice and snow challenge games and experience the charm of ice and snow amid laughter.
In addition, Anshan Zoo has specially introduced a reindeer sled project to bring visitors a distinctive ice and snow experience. Specialty dining will allow everyone to taste various delicious foods while enjoying the snow.
