Art originates from the everyday events in life. This year’s Beijing Theatre Carnival is meticulously planned around life itself, bringing a theatrical feast to the heart of the city. It aims to create an immersive theatrical art experience that lasts for a month, allowing every busy yet drama-interested audience member to momentarily escape after work or on weekends, encountering the wonderful world of drama.
Without having to travel far, one can find resonance, emotion, and inspiration in the world of art. From July 31st to August 25th, the Beijing Theatre Carnival will passionately present 14 plays, 45 performances, and 23 events at 798-751. These events are carefully divided into four major sections: Special Invited Unit, Drama Comedy, Exhibition Installations, and Special Projects, covering theatre dance, comedy mime, installation art, exhibition markets, and forums.
