Red Scarf Park is located outside Chaoyang Gate, in Houba Li Zhuang, at the northeast corner of the Red Scarf Bridge on the East Fourth Ring Road. The park’s ground is primarily a children’s playground, with various boats drifting on the water surface. Its main function is to provide a good educational place and healthy growth services for teenagers. It is named as a youth education base due to the presence of sixteen ‘Song of the Red Scarf’ group sculptures within the park. The park also features a children’s playground, a boat area, and a fishing area. Opening hours are from 6:00 to 22:00 all year round.
