Gushan Village Scenic Area is located in Danli Village, Miaofeng Town, Mentougou District. Just 27 kilometers away from downtown Beijing, it is easily accessible. The area has a diverse range of flora, including rare trees, flowers, bamboo, and medicinal herbs, with over a thousand species of plants. It is also home to various fruit trees such as the renowned imperial-quality Jingbai Pears, as well as peaches, apples, persimmons, white apricots, dates, walnuts, and more.
The scenic area of Gushan Village displays cultural artifacts related to the production and daily life of farmers, including wooden wheels, plows, harrows, seedling baskets, hoes, and shovels. These historically rich artifacts are a microcosm of the development of agricultural civilization. Each one evokes memories of bygone eras, presenting a vivid picture of farming life, with each item seemingly carrying an indelible story.
