Xinghua Hutong is located on the west side of Shichahai in Beijing. To the east is Longtoujing Street, and to the west is Denei Street. It was formed in the Ming Dynasty and is an older street and lane in the Shichahai area. The hutong is about 600 meters in length. A passage leading to Dingfu Street divides it into two parts.
