Lihuagou is located in Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing. It starts from Sanduhe in the south and extends to Bohaisu in the north, with a total length of 8.1 kilometers. Along the way, it passes through three administrative villages of Sanduhe, Sidughe, and Liuduhe, and four natural villages of Wuduhe, Moshiyu, Baduheling, and Bohai Industrial District. When summer arrives, chestnut blossoms are fragrant all over the mountains and plains. It seems as if one has walked into an ocean of chestnut blossoms. Hence, Lihuagou gets its name.
