Shek Tong Tsui Public Library is located on the 3rd floor of Shek Tong Tsui Municipal Services Building, 470 Queen’s Road West, Shek Tong Tsui. It was opened on October 15, 1991, covering an area of 1,800 square meters and is a regional library in the Central and Western District. The library features facilities such as an adult lending library, a children’s multimedia resource room, an audio-visual materials library, an event promotion room, a children’s lending library, a multimedia information system, a newspaper and periodical reading department, a reference book department, and a cloakroom. The library’s operating hours are as follows: Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00; Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00; and Monday from 12:00 to 20:00.
