The former Kowloon English School is a relatively old school building designed to educate the children of foreign residents. Constructed in the Victorian era red brick style, the building features a spacious veranda, high ceilings, and golden tile roofs, surrounded by a veranda on all sides. The southern wing of the school building is two stories high, while the central and northern wings are one story high. A central auditorium is located in the middle, flanked by classrooms and staff rooms, with the principal’s office on the second floor.
