The Niupeng Art Village is hidden in an old neighborhood in To Kwa Wan, Kowloon. It was a pre-war slaughterhouse and quarantine station. It was built in 1908. This red-brick tile-roofed house has now been listed as a Grade III cultural relic. In the art village, there are about a dozen studios of various sizes. The graffiti on the walls and the sculptures in front of the doors make this place full of artistic atmosphere. Opening hours: Open from 10:00 to 22:00 all year round.
