The Antiquities and Monuments Office of the Development Bureau will host the ‘2024 Heritage Week Fun’ from October to November, featuring 11 statutory monuments and graded historical buildings, showcasing Hong Kong’s significant role as a melting pot of Chinese and Western cultures. Eight of these historical buildings are participating for the first time. These buildings boast a rich and diverse cultural background, some incorporating a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles. Notably, the Baptist University of Hong Kong’s Bethany Campus and the Ohel Leah Synagogue have received the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation. The Heritage Week Fun will be held from October 1st to November 30th at the following 11 locations:


Baptist University of Hong Kong’s Bethany Campus (Bethany Convent)


Christ the King Chapel (St. Paul’s Convent)


Former French Mission Building of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Hong Kong


Fringe Club (Former South Block of the Dairy Farm Ice House)


Racecourse Indian Temple


Hong Kong Repertory Theatre Education Centre (Former James School)


Central Mosque


St. Stephen’s Girls’ College Main Building


88 and 90 Stanley Street


Ohel Leah Synagogue


The full opening hours are from 10/1 to 11/30, with specific business status subject to the daily opening conditions.
