The West Kowloon Music Festival, organized by HKT, was a resounding success in its inaugural year. It blended various artistic elements with popular music to showcase the astonishing new faces of local singers. This year, the festival returns with an even more spectacular lineup. It includes several globally renowned pop music acts and adds dynamic dance performances across different venues in the West Kowloon Cultural District over four days. At the Bamboo Grove Park ‘Beyond Pop’ outdoor main stage, two nights of performances feature familiar local idols and carefully selected international lineups that will surely impress. On November 2nd (Saturday), the local idols take the stage. Starting with the energetic all-female group COLLAR, followed by the soulful solo performance of Phoebus from the male group P1X3L. The charismatic Wei Junsheng and YT Zhou Yintin will also make appearances. Culminating with the popular male group member Anson Lo from MIRROR. On November 3rd (Sunday), international pop stars will descend upon West Kowloon. South Korea’s representative is the enigmatic R&B singer-songwriter Colde. From Taiwan, the versatile rapper and singer Shou. The British soul singer Jorja Smith, who has been nominated for a Grammy for Best New Artist and is meeting Hong Kong music fans for the first time.
