He Xian Park, formerly known as Xiangshan Park, covers an area of 12,000 square meters and was opened to the public in July 1993. It is rectangular in shape with various facilities evenly distributed throughout. A wide path made of three-mix soil runs through the park from end to end, with a straight-line archway in the middle from which water cascades down, creating an elegant and beautiful scene.
At one end of the park lies the main entrance, which leads to an open-air theater capable of accommodating hundreds of spectators. On the other end, there is a back entrance that features a children’s playground and a fancy bicycle area for children and teenagers to enjoy.

On both sides of the central section of the park, there are restaurants, tea houses, and a library, all of which are single-story buildings with a European flair.

The park is open all year round, 24 hours a day. The section near Avenida da Amizade is open all day, while other parts of He Xian Park are open from 6:00 AM to midnight.
