Shangjia Guild Hall was established in the early years of the Daoguang Emperor’s reign during the Qing Dynasty. It was destroyed by a fire in the fifth year of the Xianfeng Emperor’s reign, and was rebuilt the following year. It was completed in 1858 and has remained at its current scale ever since. The hall is open all year round from Monday to Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
