The Hainan Province Planning Exhibition Hall spans two floors, showcasing the history, development, and planning of Hainan Province through images, large-scale sand table models, multimedia, and other methods. It is open all year round from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00; on Fridays, it opens from 09:00 to 12:00; and it is closed all day on Sundays. The hall is closed on Friday afternoons. Please refer to the on-site notice at the attraction for specific opening times.
