The Haihua Island Observation Tower is located at the main entrance of the A district’s sightseeing area on Haihua Island No.1, which covers an area of approximately 20,000 square meters. The area is divided into three smaller sections: one for the landscape water feature, another for the observation tower and its supporting areas, and the third for the garden and park construction surrounding the observation tower.
