The Xiasha College Students Creative Bazaar is a public welfare project initiated by the Management Committee of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is jointly invested and managed by Baiyang Sub-district and Xiasha.com. The college students’ entrepreneurial enterprise, Xiasha.com, is responsible for the daily operation and management. It started trial operation in 2008 and was rated as one of the first 19 characteristic night markets in Hangzhou in 2010.
