Shaoxing Qiaobo Ski World is the only all-season ski resort in Zhejiang, featuring a large indoor ski hall and a real ice skating rink. The ski hall includes a children’s snow play area, a snowboard park, a beginner’s ski slope, and intermediate to advanced ski slopes, catering to the diverse needs of snowboard and ski enthusiasts.

Through artificial snowmaking and cooling technologies, the ski hall maintains a temperature of around minus three degrees Celsius even during the hottest summer months. The main area is divided into practice zones, intermediate slopes, and advanced slopes, where only coaches and students are allowed on the magic carpet for the advanced slopes. Casual visitors must pass an exam to use it; otherwise, they must walk up and down.

Near the entrance, there is a children’s area where visitors can take photos with snowmen, adding an interesting touch to the experience. Skiing is charged per session, with each session lasting 4 hours. The timing is continuous, and there is no clearing of the field; there will be an additional charge for exceeding the time limit, so visitors must pay attention to their playtime.

The ticket includes the rental fees for snowsuits, snow shoes, and snowboards, as well as a 15-minute free lesson, but helmets and lockers need to be rented separately, with prices ranging from 10 to 20 yuan per session. Although the clothes provided by the ski resort are free, they are generally dirty; visitors who mind can bring their own.

If you are skiing for the first time, it is recommended to hire a coach for guidance (at an additional cost). Although the venue is not too cold, skiing gloves and hats are essential and are not available for rent; if you don’t bring them, they can be purchased at the ski resort for about 30 yuan per set.

For those interested in snow biking, you can rent a bike and get coaching on how to use it.

In terms of dining, the fast-food restaurant in the hall mainly offers Chinese and Western set meals for guests; the Chinese restaurant serves Cantonese and other Chinese dishes; and the sports bar with floor-to-ceiling windows allows guests to enjoy the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and various Western snacks while watching live ski performances.

Additionally, a comfortable sauna center is available for skiers to thoroughly relax their tired bodies after a day on the slopes.

If possible, it is recommended to visit on weekdays when there are fewer people and the prices are lower.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00; Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00; and during New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, and Labor Day from 09:00 to 20:00.
