The Lin’an City Ruins are square in plan, composed of large rammed earth platforms, stone walls, and gate sites, including three city gates. Within the city, there are palaces, halls, towers, and pavilions. The main palace area is currently buried more than 3 meters below the ground surface, with the foundations well-preserved. The site is open all year round, accessible 24/7.
