Maoshan Oriental Salt Lake City is situated at the core of the Oriental Salt Lake City. Inspired by the roots of Chinese culture – the I Ching and the Bagua, it has been constructed with a layout of ‘one observation deck, eight courtyards, ten hostels, twenty exhibition halls, and a hundred shops with a thousand rooms’. Integrating unique mountain dwellings, cultural exhibition halls, and folk performances, it has become a new favorite for family outings in Changzhou. Here, one can enjoy spring outings, summer folk songs, autumn health preservation, and winter customs. During the day, visitors can explore various exhibition halls, savor culinary delights from around the world, and experience the magical eight courtyards. At night, the lakeside bars offer a sleepless night in the mountains.
Tour guides lead visitors through the town, with continuous exciting performances throughout the four seasons. Each season in the town offers different beautiful scenery, with four main towns presenting spectacular shows: the grand and imposing morning bells and evening drums, the joyful and amusing Hip-hop Tao, the dreamlike Jixian Sacred Land, and the enchanting Xiaoyao Fantasy Realm. Additionally, there are folk acrobatics, storytelling in Pingtan opera, and flash mobs that keep the excitement going.
