The property was initially owned by Shen Yaochen. Jin Shixiao, the proprietor of Huayunli Shoe Store, initially rented the building to establish his business. In February 1941, Jin Shixiao acquired the property and continued to operate the shoe store under the same name. The store operates year-round and is open throughout the day, with its exterior accessible at all times. The specific business status varies depending on the day’s opening hours.
