Anji Ancient City National Archaeological Site Park is located in Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It is the former administrative center of Zhang Prefecture, one of the thirty-six commanderies of the Qin Dynasty, with a historical context of 2500 years. This is a large-scale cultural tourism complex built upon the national heritage site ‘Anji Longshan Ancient City Ruins’, integrating functions such as historical cultural exhibitions and protection, archaeological research and education, camping hotels and catering, pastoral landscape entertainment, and outdoor sports team building.
The park is planned to include the Anji Ancient City Archaeological Protection Center and Museum, Jiangnan Agricultural Culture Park, Visitor Leisure Service Area, and five other core functional areas, covering an area of approximately 7000 acres. Currently, sites such as the Anji Ancient City Site Museum, Anji Archaeological Library, Longshan Post Hotel, Tian Sang Han Zao Food Area, Research and Learning Amusement Park, Su Zhi Yuan Research and Learning Camp, Two Bombs and One Satellite Memorial Hall, Picking Garden, and Jiu Mu Song Feng Camping Site are open, along with a parking area of about 6000 square meters.
The park boasts thousands of acres of tea hills, five hundred acres of farmland, and hundreds of acres of ponds, offering a variety of activities such as archaeological research experience, agricultural experience, flower sea viewing, crayfish fishing, fishing experiences, fruit and vegetable picking, and camping barbecues.
