Mingshan Temple is located in Minle Village, Dingxin Township, Anyue County, Ziyang City, adjacent to Dazu District in Chongqing to the east. According to the existing Qing Dynasty stele, the temple may have been established during the Yuanhe period of the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Northern Song Dynasty. The majority of the statues here are from the Song Dynasty period. The specific opening hours are subject to the daily operation status.
