The Song Family Residence Memorial is located in the Pudong New Area, Shanghai, within the western wing of the ‘Neishi Di’. In 1890, Song Jia Shu resigned from his position as a ‘pastor’ and returned to Chuansha (his wife Ni Guizhen’s hometown), residing in the street-facing houses on the west side of ‘Neishi Di’. From this place, the Song sisters and other members of the Song family have emerged. The site is open all year round from 09:00 to 11:00, and from 13:00 to 16:00.
