The former residence of Zhou Zuomin was built in 1930. It is a Spanish-style building with a mixed structure of quasi-four stories. It faces south. At the bottom of the central part of the south facade, there are 12 floor-to-ceiling long windows. The second floor has a large circular arc balcony. The red barrel tile gentle slope roof has arched dormer windows. The exterior wall is cement textured. Open all year round and open all day. The exterior is open all day.
