Liujingtan is located at the easternmost end of Sijiao Island. It is a cliff of reefs facing the vast East China Sea and is a place to enjoy the sea view and watch the sunrise. There is a regular wooden plank road along the coast for you to stroll and enjoy the deep and shallow blues of the sea. The white lighthouse on the cliff can satisfy all your imaginations about island style. Entering the scenic area, there is first a section of asphalt road. You can walk and enjoy the sea view along the way. It takes about 20 minutes to walk and play. If you feel tired, you can also spend a few yuan to take an electric car directly to the vicinity of the starting point of the plank road. Walking on the plank road is not difficult. It feels good to enjoy the breeze and take pictures along the way. You can also follow the plank road all the way to the place close to the sea surface under the cliff, which is relatively tiring. There is little vegetation cover along the plank road, especially the part near the sea. It may be relatively sunny on sunny days. Pay attention to taking protective measures. Liujingtan and Heshangtao are on a joint ticket. There is a free shuttle bus between the two scenic spots, so they are usually visited together. If you want to watch the sunrise, you usually need to arrive at the scenic spot around four in the morning. At this time, the sky is relatively dark, so you need to bring a flashlight.
