The Lianhuayang Sculpture Park, also known as the Luohantang on Lianhuadao Island, was designed and funded by Professor Zhu Renmin, the dean of Pan Tianshou Institute of Environmental Art. A long embankment connects Lianhuadao Island in the sea with the main island. There are more than 200 arhats on the embankment, each with different expressions. The Putuo Buddhist Tea House is also located here. In the park, there is a square commemorating the Japanese eminent monk Hui’e and the Lianhuayang People’s Memorial Hall.

Surrounding the Guanyin statue are 500 arhats, which are magnificent and lifelike, echoing the South Sea Guanyin on Mount Putuo. The Lianhuayang Sculpture Park is located by the Lianhuayang in Donggang, Putuo District, and is at the center of the tourism golden triangle composed of Mount Putuo, Zhujiajian Island, and Taohua Island scenic areas. Open all year round and open all day. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
