Furong Peak is part of the Chuitai Mountain Range in Ouhai District, where a continuous ridge of mountains unfolds with one peak following another in a winding and spiraling manner. Furong Peak stands atop these mountains, with an elevation of over 680 meters, commanding a view that rivals any other in the area. It is also known among hikers as the ‘Wenzhou Dragon Spine’. At the summit, there is a 60-meter-tall structure humorously referred to as Wenzhou’s ‘Potala Palace’. It is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
