The park’s architecture emulates the style of Suzhou gardens, with pavilions, towers, and ancient buildings creating a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. There are also small bridges over flowing water.

The park is named after Chen Shouchen, a revolutionary martyr from Zhenhai. Inside the park, there is the Chen Shouchen Martyr Memorial Hall, a monument, and a bronze bust statue of the martyr.

Additional buildings include the Zhenhai Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Room and the Zhenhai District ‘Dual Support’ Achievement Exhibition Hall on the north and south wings.

Surrounding the halls are antique-style corridors connected by white walls with various openwork patterns, exuding an air of elegance and solemnity.

The park also features Shouchen Pavilion, stone arch bridges, hexagonal pavilions, and fish ponds. Around the fish ponds are lakeside rocks of various shapes, with weeping willows and lush greenery adding a unique charm.

The park is open on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM throughout the year.
