The Shaoxing Science and Technology Museum is located in the core area of the Jinghu New District in Shaoxing City, on the south side of the Administrative Center (Yangjiang West Road). The museum’s functional design is divided into two areas: the North Area, which includes a children’s park and a cinema area; and the South Area, which houses temporary exhibitions, permanent exhibitions, academic exchanges, and administrative offices.
The museum is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:15 AM to 4:30 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and during legal holidays, special notices will be provided. Preferential policies apply to specific groups: Children: those with a height between 1.0 meters (inclusive) and 1.5 meters (exclusive); Elderly: individuals aged 60 and above; Students: (college students with equivalent qualifications including vocational, technical, and undergraduate students) / high school students (including general high school and technical secondary school students with equivalent qualifications) / students in the nine-year compulsory education system) who must present their student ID; Active military personnel and disabled individuals must bring their ID card / military ID / disability certificate.
