The Ancient Yue Platform is built against the mountain and faces the gate tower. Inside the platform, King Goujian of Yue is enshrined. On both sides stand the great strategists Fan Li and Wen Zhong. Hanging above the platform is the plaque with ‘Endure hardships to accomplish great undertakings’, fully demonstrating the aspiration of working hard to rejuvenate and avenge the humiliation of being defeated by Wu. The statues are tall and burly and are carved from camphor wood. For specific opening hours, please consult the scenic spot.
