An Ding town is nestled to the south against the mountains, bordered to the north by the Xiuyan River, close to Zhongshan Chuan in the west, and to the east lies the flat plains. During the Song Dynasty, An Ding was established as a fort, and during the Yuan Dynasty of the Mongols, it was established as a county, continuing through the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In 1937, the county seat was relocated to Wayao Fort, and An Ding was designated as a town. It is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
