Baiji Gully Scenic Area is like a piece of emerald, inlaid in the southwestern part of Yongtai County, becoming a new highlight of Yongtai’s tourism.
The scenic area has complete facilities. The central service area can accommodate more than 300 people dining at the same time, and there is a parking lot of nearly 4,000 square meters.

The scenic spots are arranged along a canyon more than 1,000 meters long in an orderly manner. It is composed of eight distinct and characteristic waterfalls, namely Shuilian Waterfall, Longgang Waterfall, Pearl Waterfall, Tiankeng Rainbow Waterfall, Ginseng Waterfall, Shuangshi Waterfall, Bailong Waterfall, and Sandiequan Waterfall.

The colorful waterfalls are the most distinctive waterfalls discovered in Yongtai so far. They have a large drop, abundant water volume, and various shapes. Some are like whispering softly, while others are like singing passionately, which is really breathtaking.

The scenic area has a subtropical rainforest climate, and its geological structure consists of bluestone and weathered rock.

Among them, the Tiankeng landscape is unique in Fujian. The plank road built along the cliff is like a viewing gallery, allowing people to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Tiankeng: Pianwa Feixue, Dasheng Mianbi, Xindongshi, Maitreya Bathing, Bat Cave, Baihu Xiaotian, Rainbow Waterfall, etc., which are truly spectacular.
